How to download nexus mods to nmm

Nmm Download. as of still loosing download ids and mod version. have to delete and re download everything for the 20th time keeps doing this and 2nd or third time trying to activate file wont work. (that's why the delete and redownload) THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING.
